ABOUT RYAN HARPER DESIGNS | Ryan Harper Designs is a design and event company that specializes in fine paper products, floral design, and event planning. The company is based in Jacksonville, Florida and was founded in 2022 by Ryan Harper. Her vision for Ryan Harper Designs is to create timeless designs that serve as a lasting reminder of your celebrations.

OBJECTIVE | Ryan Harper Designs aimed to create a simple way to customize and manage fine paper products including invitations, stationery, and more. Customers had to be able to clearly and confidently communicate their information during the purchase process, and Ryan had to have a reliable way to reference that information as she was creating their products.

RESULT | We developed her product pages to provide custom fields that allowed customers to add names, addresses, dates, and other information to their product. On the back end, we implemented a proof system that allowed Ryan to send customers proofs to approve prior to printing and fulfilling each order. The solutions keep customers informed about the status of their orders and help Ryan manage the entire design process.
